Late 17th Century Japanese Blue and White Vase Lamped

An unusually small proportioned Japanese Arita porcelain vase dating circa 1690, decorated in underglaze blue and white depicting two people walking over a bridge amongst flowers and tree blossoming branches. It has been professionally lamped with a brass top and a hand-carved and gilded wooden base and the result is really charming, the porcelain in very good condition.
